I had to bring in my Brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper to this place because of a bad scratch i got on my driver's side door. Ricardo helped me out and made me feel like my car would be taken care. He actually suggested i go through my insurance so that I wouldn't have to pay so much out of pocket and I am so glad I took his advice. I felt like they weren't trying to get money out of me. It took a while for the insurance to kick in but I'm so glad we did it that way. After it kicked in I brought it back to Ricardo and he kept it for a total of 4-5 days. When I recieved my car back it looked brand new. and they even washed it for me! That is what I call amazing customer service. Thank you so much Ricardo for taking care of my baby!

Chapparone was absolutely awesome to work with when I needed auto body repairs quickly. They were extremely responsive and started work right away, and provided regular updates as well. Their work was professionally done and paint looked perfect. They also made sure all electronic systems on the car like parking sensors and cameras were functioning properly before returning the car. I can't recommend them enough!

Tesla Insurance wouldn’t even return my calls, but Ricardo and his team went above and beyond — even calling Tesla on my behalf to try to get things resolved. They were super transparent, communicative, and made drop-off a breeze. To top it off, they detailed my car both inside and out , and even charged it to full battery after the work was done. Truly excellent service!

Brought in our car after a we got sideswiped in a parking incident. Spoke to Ricardo, he gave a quick estimate (maybe 15 minutes total waiting). Very honest pricing, no upcharging or upselling. He said the repairs would be done in 10 business days and they had it done perfectly in 8. I would definitely choose this place again if I ever need anything. We couldn't be happier with the repair and price of the repair of our Cybertruck that had damage done to the door hinges. TESLA autobody completely over estimated the damage at $27,000 and 3 months. Chaperone quoted us $2,700 and it came out to even less than that! Thank you for your good and honest work!
