I own a business with a 50 vehicle fleet. We unfortunately have had to deal with our share of accidents. I have to say that of all the body shops I have used, this one does the best work, and most timely. I will only be using them from here on out.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for repairs, and the process took about a month. Kenny was very professional and responsive throughout. The final result was excellent—my car looks great! Highly recommend their service!

Excellent customer service and body work! This is my second time using Chapparone Auto Body- both visits were great experiences. Lisa at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Kenny went above and beyond communicating the process, giving me my options, and negotiating on my behalf with the insurance agency to be sure my car was properly repaired and that I got factory parts on my car. If you are in need of auto repair look no further than Chapparone Auto Body & Painting on Balboa Ave. They were recommended by our USAA insurance company. The vehicle was repaired perfectly and was completed almost 2 weeks before the date it was initially promised. Kenny was our customer service rep and kept us informed of the progress in a timely & friendly manner. The car was also cleaned meticuously inside & out upon completion. I just picked up my car at Chapparone and it is flawless! This is the third time using them (two times for me and once for spouse). I'm just as impressed with them as I was the first time I went there in 2019. My car looks brand new and they even buffed out my old headlamp on the drivers' side to match the new one they replaced on the passenger side. They are so professional! From original estimate, drop off and pick up. Shout out to Summer at the front desk and Kenny who was assigned to my case. He kept me informed every step of the way. I NEVER had to chase anyone down to know what was happening. I hope I don't have to need auto body repair again, but if I do, I know where I'll be going.
